The project is being implemented with the financial support of the European Union under the National Recovery Plan (KPO). The initiative involves expanding the operations of the restaurant "Dym na Wodzie" by introducing an outdoor catering service, which includes preparing meals on demand and delivering and serving them at a chosen outdoor location. The offer will be tailored to the needs of clients each time – in terms of menu, number of dishes and portions, as well as special diets. The dishes will be based on local and regional cuisine in a modern interpretation, utilizing seasonal products. Catering will be provided in the form of a buffet or waiter service, ensuring full event organization, transportation, and meal preparation, including live cooking. The project includes the purchase of modern gastronomic equipment, installation of ventilation and air conditioning, and installation of photovoltaic panels, which will increase the efficiency and ecological nature of the operations. The service will be carried out in the region, at various outdoor locations, according to client needs. The project is aimed at both business clients (companies, institutions, event organizers) and individual clients organizing private events such as weddings, communions, birthdays, or special gatherings. The main goal of the project is to increase the resilience of the enterprise to crisis situations by diversifying operations and introducing a new catering service carried out outside the restaurant premises. The project aims to attract new clients, increase the competitiveness of the company, and ensure revenue stability. Additional goals include: developing cooperation with local suppliers, increasing the energy efficiency of the enterprise, reducing the environmental impact of operations, improving working conditions, and adapting services to the needs of people with various requirements, including those with disabilities. The outcome of the project is the launch of a new, comprehensive outdoor catering service, increased scale of the enterprise's operations, expanded client base, and increased revenue. The project also contributes to improving energy efficiency, implementing ecological solutions, and enhancing the competitiveness of the company in the local and regional market. Project value: 737,955.00 PLN. Amount of funding from European Funds: 539,967.60 PLN.
